Return Eligibility

At Originaldealerea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our hand-poured aromatic candles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@originaldealerea.world or call +12012923377 within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Please include the following information when contacting us:

Your order number or proof of purchase
Reason for return
Whether you would like a refund or exchange

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different scent or product, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Candles that have been burned or used
Items without proof of purchase
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
